A remodel of the living/lobby area of the Saratoga apartments - fit with a newly added glass sliding door, spanning the entire length of one of the room's walls. New flooring and paint, and newly installed fixtures.
Previous staircase was removed, and replaced with a much more spatially-functional staircase, and an exercise room was renovated and created on the first floor.
The indoor remodel at Monte Viejo features the build and installation of a new, modern-looking fireplace and mantle set in the living/lobby area of the apartments.
